1. Pricing
Katani Clothing Co Pty Ltd (“Katani”) endeavors to offer you competitive prices. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus GST and shipping charges. Katani reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on it’s website at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the Online Store and or vary or delete models according to availability of stock without prior notice.
2. Payment for Goods & Services
A contract is made when Katani accepts an order and by supplying all or part of the goods or services ordered.
Unless Katani states otherwise, the Purchase Price will be specified in the Quotation, with such Purchase Price to be valid for orders placed within twenty one days from the date of the Quotation. After this time, the Purchase Price will be the price specified in the Invoice. Specified prices include Katani standard packaging. Katani may charge extra for special packaging requirements.
The Customer must pay Katani the Purchase Price in Australian Dollars prior to the Delivery Date, unless terms of credit are agreed to in writing by Katani. Payments via an approved credit card will attract a 3% surcharge.
If the Purchase Price is not paid in full or agreed credit terms, then all amounts owed by the Customer to Katani become immediately due and payable, and the Customer must pay Katani a late payment fee calculated on the unpaid amount from the date that the unpaid amount became due and payable to the date that the unpaid amount is paid in full at a monthly rate of interest equal to 2% plus the Westpac Baking Corporation reference-lending rate per calendar month, calculated daily. The Customer is liable to reimburse Katani for all costs and expenses (including legal costs and mercantile agent fees) that Katani may incur in attempting to recover overdue amounts.
The Customer is not entitled to withhold payment of any amount due on account of any Claim against Katani whether or not admitted by Katani.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are exclusive of any GST or other form of tax, which will be charged at the appropriate rate where applicable.
If Goods and Services are Delivered in instalments Katani may invoice on a pro rata basis as and when delivery of an instalment will be made, and payments will be due in respect of each installment prior to Delivery.

4. Shipping
After you have added products to your Shopping Cart you can check the available freight options and costs by simply entering in the postcode of your address where the order will be shipped to. The same freight options are again displayed when you are checking out and you can choose which method of shipping you want to use at that stage.
We offer a range of delivery services depending on your delivery location and order weight/size. For your security, all shipments will require a signature of an adult upon delivery. Our couriers may ask for you to present identification. Once your order has been dispatched from Katani we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address. When checking out you will be presented with the delivery options available to you for that particular order. Different delivery services have different maximum sizes and weights that they will carry, so on larger orders you may only have one or two delivery options available to you.
Important Information About Delivery Times:
All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service), and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Katani. Delays in shipment may occur if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay. In the event of some items on your order being in stock and some items being substantially delayed we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges will apply.
5. Delivery Times
Delievery generally occurs within 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are based on information provided by individual courier companies and should be used as a guide only. Delivery times may vary, particularly for remote locations. The delivery times mentioned are an indicative time for delivery from when your order ships from Katani.
6. International users
The Katani Store website, facilities, products and services are available to customers outside of Australia.
7. Returns
Should you need to return a product to us, please call on 1300 KATANI or email us at sales@katani.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation number. Normally requests for returns will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty on arrival. Should a product be returned to Katani as faulty, but is found to be in normal working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight from you to Katani and the cost of return freight at our normal freight charges. You may also be charged a service fee for the testing of the product. Katani may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.
Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of Victoria.
Note: Freight calculations are based on your packed order's "cubic weight". Cubic weight is calculated as the greater of either the package weight or dimensions, based on 1 cubic metre = 250kg.

9. General Warranty and Disclaimer
Unless otherwise provided by Valid Agreement, Katani supplies Product and Services "as is" and makes no warranties of any kind implied or express except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katani excludes all liability for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the provision of the Product or Services. If any law prohibits the exclusion of such liability, Katani limits its liability, to the extent possible, to the re-supply of the Product or Service or the relevant information or paying for the Product or Service or relevant information to be re-supplied or repaired. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Katani be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Product or Services, even if Katani or a Katani authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
